Purpose

The personal data you provide when writing to us by email or through the contact form (name, company, email, phone number if you give it and the content of your message) are processed solely to respond to your request.

Legal basis

The legal basis is the consent you give when contacting us and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Retention

Data are kept only for as long as needed to handle your request and for no longer than 1 year, unless required by law. The form does not store your message in any database: it is sent directly to our mailbox.

Recipients and processors

We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:

• Microsoft (Microsoft 365), for our email.
• Resend Inc., to deliver contact form messages to our mailbox.
• Vercel Inc., for website hosting.
• Cloudflare Inc. (Turnstile), to protect the form against spam and automated submissions. This service processes technical data from your browser, such as your IP address, solely to tell people from bots.

International transfers

Contact form messages are delivered to our mailbox through Resend Inc., which keeps a copy in the United States. This transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Resend participates. If you email us directly, your message does not go through Resend.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification or erasure, object to processing, request restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.

You can exercise these rights by writing to info@d4security.es, stating your request clearly. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookie policy

This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or personalisation, so we do not need to show you a cookie banner.

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a technical service needed to protect the form against automated submissions. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Access to www.d4security.es is free of charge. Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, morality and public order.

Misuse

Users shall refrain from any action that could damage, disable or overload the website.

D4Security reserves the right to modify the content and conditions of access at any time without prior notice.
